Refund Policy

Return Policy:

  1. Poor Quality or Damaged Items:
    • If the product delivered is of poor quality or damaged, you may return the product in its original condition with the original box and/or packaging intact.
    • Inform us of any damages or wrong products received within 24 hours.
    • Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it. If found defective or damaged, we will send you a replacement.
  2. Wrong Item Received:
    • In the rare event of receiving a wrong item due to our mistake, you can return the item in its original condition with the original box and/or packaging intact.
    • Once we receive the returned item, we will process the original item.
  3. Incomplete Order:
    • If you receive an incomplete order, where one or more products are missing, kindly provide photo and video evidence on the same day of delivery.
    • Share the evidence with us so we can cross-check and send you the missing item(s).

Refund Policy:

  • We do not offer refunds on delivered products.
  • Refunds are applicable only for cancelled orders before dispatch.
  • Refunds will be processed in the same mode as your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 7 to 10 working days to reflect in your account.

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges are applicable only for damaged or wrong items received.
  • If you receive a damaged or wrong item, you can exchange it for a replacement.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • The exchanged item will be dispatched once the returned item is received and inspected.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be cancelled only before the product is dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed in the same mode as your original payment method.
